would you like to be involved with the Worcester music festival -

Friday 22nd to
Sunday 24th August 2008
Worcester City, England
The Worcester
Music Festival is a weekend long festival of live music.
Approximately 20
venues playing host to one hundred
bands and
performers. From punk, indie and metal to blues and folk. There
will be something for all tastes. And the majority of the shows
are FREE of charge. There will be various
raffles and
fundraising opportunities at the various venues throughout the
music festival weekend, with all proceeds going to local
charities.
We have had a wonderful response from
local musicians, venues owners,
managers, promoters and the press, and it looks like the August Bank
Holiday Weekend is going to be an amazing celebration of live
music that will hopefully promote the local scene and prove that
there is more more to Worcester than just sauce.
The information on this site is being updated all
the time, so please keep on checking back. We are updating the
venues page, the artists page and we also have quite a few slots
still available for bands and performers. So if you want to perform
or get involved, get in touch.
Thanks for you support.
